3 Year Strategic Plan

We are excited to present to you Downtown Lynchburg Association’s 3 Year Strategic Plan & 2020 Work Plan for the improvement of our Downtown community. The research phase of this project yielded some insights that helped us to determine how Downtown Lynchburg Association can be instrumental in moving the needle on downtown revitalization in a targeted and strategic way. Not only do we believe that this is the right work to be done at this time, but that we are the best organization to do it.
