Handcrafted pan pizzas baked in cast-iron skillets, with a high-hydration focaccia-style dough that comes out crispy on the bottom and light and airy inside. Owner Jacob Black spent six years perfecting the recipe before opening downtown in December 2025. The menu features classic, specialty, and build-your-own pizzas with house-made sauces and dough, salads with homemade dressings, beer and wine, grab-and-go slices, and a Sunday breakfast pizza.
