For our final open mic session of the year, we want to create some space to hear from you in a different way. This year has brought a new wave of challenges that we've all wrestled with at one point or another. Marianne Williamson says that "In every community, there is work to be done. In every nation, there are wounds to heal. In every heart, there is the power to do it." We cannot heal or grow together if we don't make space to listen to each other.
Our focus on this night is to talk about "where it hurts", inspired by Johnny Cash’s “Hurt”. Maybe it's a personal relationship, or maybe you've finally gotten around to watch "When They See Us".
Whatever it is, the stage is open...and we're listening.
