The Academy Center of the Arts presents an interactive tribute to the John Landis legendary comedy, Coming to America, starring Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall.
In addition to the film screening and nods to Zamunda, McDowell’s, and Soul Glow, the Academy will also raise funds to benefit the Jubilee Family Development Center by transforming the Theatre into a barber shop from 5:30pm to 7:30pm that evening.
A limited number of “Premium Cuts” will be available from Director’s Cut Barbershop. All funds raised from the Premium Cuts will benefit the Jubilee Center and their mission of supporting and teaching families to become self-sufficient, reliable, successful members of society.
