As we move toward Phase Three of the plan to reopen Virginia’s economy, businesses are continuing to respond to not only safety regulations, but also customer comfort levels. In an effort to provide these businesses with insights to help guide them as they adapt, Downtown Lynchburg Association recently conducted a public survey.
