Join us at the Downtown Branch for an inside look at the history behind and the making of Lynchburg at War. Greg Starbuck, the director of Historic Sandusky and writer/producer/director of the film will give a talk about this upcoming local documentary and show some props from the production. Lynchburg at War will be released April 10, 2027. Filmed on location throughout Central Virginia – this film brings to life the human experiences of Lynchburg's people during the Civil War through hundreds of actors, period music, and diary accounts. Lecture will begin at 5:15pm.
