Join the City of Lynchburg Police and Fire Departments on Friday, September 11 as our community gathers in remembrance of the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.
The remembrance ceremony will begin at 10:30 AM at the base of Monument Terrace on Church Street, honoring the lives lost, the first responders who answered the call, and the lasting impact of that day. The Friday Monument Terrace Troop Rally will follow at 12 PM.
We invite our Downtown Lynchburg community to join together in reflection and remembrance.
