On March 23, Governor Northam announced statewide closure on all “non-essential” businesses to begin at midnight on March 24. We know that you have been having to adjust to adhere to these guidelines quickly, so we wanted to make sure that you had all of the resources you might need in one spot.

Small Business AssocIation

The SBA is offering small businesses low interest loans up to $2 million to help cover payroll, accounts receivable, and bills during loss of business. They are urging everyone to apply and, if approved, you are NOT obligated to take the loan. Their website lists all of the details and requirements along with the opportunity to apply online. Quick pick-up parking spaces

The City of Lynchburg Parking Management and DLA have worked together to create 10 minute quick pick-up parking spaces in front of your businesses. If you are a public-facing downtown business that offers curbside pickup and are complying with the most recent State of Virginia business operation regulations, you can request a Quick Pick-Up space in front of your business.
