Fratelli Italian Kitchen and 7 Rooftop present The Wines of Paul & Agustina Hobbs: a laid-back evening of multi-course pairings featuring wines from Seneca Lake, Sonoma, Napa, and Mendoza, served on the rooftop high above the Bluffwalk and the James River.

Welcome: House-crafted boozy sangria with grilled fig and halloumi skewers, local honey and lemon, finished with cracked black pepper
First: Hillick & Hobbs Dry Riesling 2021 with woodfire-grilled Jamaican jerk chicken wings and sweet mango chutney
Intermezzo: Mixed green salad and fresh baked bread
Second: Crossbarn Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2015 Magnum with seared duck breast, blackberry wine reduction, flame-charred radicchio, balsamic, and toasted hazelnuts
Third: Vina Cobos Hobbs Estate Malbec 2022 and ALH Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 (Coombsville, Napa Valley) with wood-fire grilled Toulouse sausages over parsnip mash with whole grain mustard demi-glace
