Q: Where do I get tickets for the loft tour?
A: Tickets can be purchased online here or on-site (722 Commerce St) on the day of the event.
Q: Are there volunteer opportunities?
A: Yes! We are looking for volunteers to help with this event. If you are interested, email eden@downtownlynchburg.com.
Q: What should I wear for the loft tour?
A: Comfortable shoes are recommended as this will be a self-guided walking tour. Dress according to the weather and bring a jacket or umbrella if needed.
Q: Can I take photos during the tour?
A: We highly encourage you to document your day downtown and share your photos with us by tagging @downtownlynchburg on Instagram and Facebook!
Q: Can I bring food or drinks on the loft tour?
A: We ask that you do not bring open food or drinks into the lofts during the tour. We do encourage you to grab a bite to eat or drink before or after the tour. See our full list of downtown restaurants here.
Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable.
Q: Do I need to go in a certain order?
A: This is a self-guided walking tour which means you can start and end wherever you would like.
Q: Are children allowed on the loft tour?
A: Children under 18 years old are expected to be accompanied by an adult if attending the tour. Out of respect for the property owners, we ask that children be on their best behavior while inside the lofts. Children 12+ years old must purchase a loft tour ticket.
Q: Is there parking available for the loft tour?
A: Free on-street parking is available throughout Downtown Lynchburg as well as a variety of parking lots and garages. Download a map here.
